Shipping
All watches are shipped from France. Shipping is free worldwide.
Processing time
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times
- France: under 3 business days.
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Taxes and customs
- European Union: your watch is already located inside the European Union. No customs duties or import taxes to pay, no customs clearance.
- Outside the EU: import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country. They are set by your local authorities and are payable by the recipient. We do not collect them and cannot predict their amount.
Parcel refused or returned
If a parcel is refused at delivery, if import duties are not paid, or if the parcel is returned to us by customs or by the carrier, the return costs, customs fees and shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any refund, as permitted by law. See our Refund and Returns policy.
