Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of products on nipponraretime.com by Epilogue SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (SIRET 13009937700017) to consumers and professional buyers.

1. Products

We sell vintage and collectible watches, mostly Japanese, as well as watches from other origins. Every piece is unique. Products are sold in the condition described on the product page. Vintage watches may show normal signs of age and wear, which are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are part of the description. Measurements and details are given in good faith.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable.
  • For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient (see our Shipping policy).
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never store your payment details.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order in case of manifest error on price or availability, with a full refund.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped from France within 3 business days. Delivery times and customs information are detailed in our Shipping policy.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal. Conditions, costs and refund rules are detailed in our Refund and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Legal warranties

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law. Claims can be sent to contact@nipponraretime.com.

6. Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of the contract. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier, by customs, or by force majeure. Vintage watches are sold as collector items; unless expressly stated, they are not guaranteed waterproof or suitable for professional use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, photographs, logo) is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Brand names mentioned (Seiko, Citizen, Orient, etc.) belong to their respective owners; we are an independent reseller and not affiliated with these brands.

8. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Mediation and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@nipponraretime.com. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator, whose contact details are provided on request. These terms are governed by French law.
